A Word from Our Owner, a Professional Brewer
I
went back to school to study Fermentation Sciences before working as a
professional brewer and then a head brewer. The art of brewing is more
readily available than ever before, which is why I decided to open this
business. I started out by producing videos, but soon expanded into
equipment and classes for homemade wine and beer after realizing how many people wanted to brew their own alcohol.
