If, for any reason, your shipment is not satisfactory, we will gladly replace it or refund your money (excluding delivery charges). Simply return your unopened merchandise with the original paperwork and packaging within 30 days of receiving your order. Returned items maybe subject to a restocking fee. Videos and computer programs that are no longer sealed are good for exchange only. We promise to process your request in a timely manner.
