This red ale begins with a light fruity and hop aroma and finishes with a smooth balanced malt flavor. This Irish Red has a little more alcohol than most Irish Red kits. This kit includes the finest malts and hops needed to make 5-Gallons of tasty brew. Yeast is purchased separately. We recommend the Irish AleWLP004. A packet of 5 oz of priming sugar for carbonation and a packet of Irish moss are also included with this kit. This kit comes with complete and detailed instructions that are easy to read and follow.
