This patented process ensures the Genuwine Winery Dried Grape Skins retain their original colour, and include their nutritional, natural goodness of both the grape skin and solids to vint an ultra premium red wine with intense flavour, an enhanced bouquet and bold character, consistently. Each 250g package of Genuwine Winery Dried Grape Skins is the equivalent to 4.5Kg of whole varietal grapes resulting in an authentic and satisfying wine. Each kit makes six gallons of wine!

Dashwood New Zealand Pinot Noir     
Elevated aromas of plump red cherries, bitter chocolate and spice define the intense varietal character of this full-bodied wine. Fermented on Hungarian oak cubes and winery grade yeast, it is ruby red in colour, the palate is rich and oaky supported by blackberries and herb flavours layered over silky, integrated tannins.
