Learn To Brew’s “Introduction to Home Wine Making” class takes place 5/26/12, 12:00pm. Learning to make wine is a great way to spend an afternoon. The class will instruct you on how to produce quality wines in just four short weeks with little cost and effort. The class will cover all processes of wine making from picking ingredients and the ingredients effects on the finished wine to fermenting, bottling the wine and aging the wine. The class will run approximately 3-4 hours.
