Muntons extra light liquid malt extract. This is the lightest liquid malt extract with color of 1.5 to 3 Lovibond or 3.5 to 7 EBC and with 80 - 82% solids.
Use this malt extract as the base to make any style of beer.
Our bulk malt extract is stored, pushed, and flushed with Carbon Dioxide (CO2) under pressure. This ensures that the extract never touches oxygen and that you will receive fresh, clean wort for you to brew your beer! Bulk malt extract exposed to oxygen can spoil, ferment, produce stale off flavors in your beer, and darken. Our processes ensure this will not happen to your extract.
