We will have an advanced wine making class TBA.  In this class, the students will come to the vinyard, pick the grapes, crush the grapes, test the parameters of the juice and start the fermentation.  Yes, this will all be done at a local vineyard.  Each student will leave with six gallons of juice ready to ferment.  This class is completely hands on!  It will begin at 8 am and go to about 3 pm. The cost of the class is $40 per person or couple and then the grapes will cost roughly $120. We will call each participant prior to the class with exact directions and info.
