XJA2/436 HOP PROFILE |
XJA2/436 is a new, as of yet unnamed, hop variety out of South Africa. It is bright with lemon zest and bergamot, but sweet with ripe papaya, gooseberries, and cantaloupe. XJA2/436 is well-rounded with some resinous pine that makes it a suitable Simcoe or Centennial substitute.
